[ARCHIVED] Lifeguard Certifications At Second Beach

On Monday, lifeguards from Middletown - and across Rhode Island - took part in state surf test certifications. To pass, lifeguards were required to swim a quarter of a mile in 10 minutes or less and complete board and torpedo and rope rescues.
