Accomplishment(s): Ellie was nominated as a ‘Student Of The Week’ because she is a wonderful, respectful student who is admired by all,” Second Grade Teacher Lori Call said.
Dream Job: Ellie would like to grow up to be a really good dancer. She wants to do this because her mom loves to do dance and she inspired her to do it as well.
Favorite Meal: “Pasta with chicken, cheese and butter from Bar ‘Cino.”
Free Time: Ellie spends most of her free time at the dance studio. She does ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary.
Who I Look Up To: Ellie looks up to here mom and dad. They inspire her to do a lot of things. Dad inspires her to cook a lot and mom inspires her to dance. Ellie likes to cook yummy dinners with her dad and mom takes her to dance a lot.
Best Part Of Middletown: Ellie likes to go downtown Newport to go to different restaurants with her family and go to the parks. In the summer, Ellie likes to go to Second Beach to run around and play in the sand. She also likes to dance on the beach.
Inspirations: Her family inspires her to do a lot of fun things together. Mom inspires her to dance.
Top Hangout: Ellie likes to go to different places like the park or beach so she can practice her dancing there.
Recommended Reading: Ellie's favorite books are The Nancy Drew and Clue series. She likes them because they are mysteries and they are detectives searching for clues to solve a mystery.
Best Subject In School: Reading is her favorite subject. Ellie really likes to read. She also likes to write. Sometimes she likes to do some free writing at home and sometimes she likes to write about subjects she really enjoys like dance or about things that she does.
Teacher/Staff Member I’d Like To Thank: “I would like to thank all the teachers that she has had so far at Forest Avenue, Mrs. (Catherine) Breen, Mrs. (Erin) Doorley-Forman and Mrs. Call. They all have made school really fun for Ellie.”

Ellie always completes her assignments with care and attention to detail, showing a strong work ethic in everything she does.
