Accomplishment(s): “Abner came to Middletown at the end of the school year in 2024 from Brazil,” Second Grade Teacher Shannon Dugan said. “When Abner arrived from Brazil, he could not speak or understand English. He has worked very hard on his English and has improved nicely. In class he works hard during small and whole group lessons. He is always respectful and kind to all of his friends.”
Dream Job: “My dream job is to do what my dad did in Brazil. He was an architect.”
Favorite Meal: Burritos and sushi
Free Time: Abner spends his free time playing with friends, playing video games and watching tv.
Who I Look Up To: “I look up to my dad because he works hard as a painter. I want to be just like him.”
Best Part Of Middletown: “The weather because it is not as hot as Brazil.”
Inspirations: “Being happy inspires me.”
Top Hangout: The trampoline park.

Best Subject In School: “Math because I am good at it. At home, my dad always gives me math problems to do with him.”
